The new dock can fit a large boat, and the large swimming pool and tropical hut are perfect for relaxing after boating. Guests can use the four kayaks, paddles, and life jackets for water fun - launch straight off the small ramp.

The city of Marathon is just under seven miles away. The excellent Dolphin Discovery Center is just over one mile away for animal fans, and the Turtle Hospital is just over 10 miles away. The Aquarium of the Florida Keys is just under six miles out. Sombrero Beach, known for its beautiful sunsets, is under 11 miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
