"This review is for ARCOTEL Donauzentrum. Had a booking with Kaiserwasser but they could not accommodate due to a technical error. They were nice enough to transfer the registration to thei other hotel. Rooms clean. Good bed and shower. Good breakfast. Very close to Metro station. Attached to large shopping center with many food outlets. Airport bus stops right infront of hotel. Only caution. No regularly manned chech in desk, and elevators don't need a pass key, so anyone off the street can go...

"Pleasant stay at the hotel. Close to the train station which is good especially if you are getting to and from the airport. About 40 min walk to main bit of Vienna. Friendly staff. Room was basic but clean and breakfast times were good especially if you have trips booked."

"Property is very well take care, staff is very polite if you understand their personality, they are very knowledgeable of what they do, area is safe and there’s a subway station few meters away, breakfast is very good and has good variety, highly recommend Hampton by Hilton Vienna City West.
