"Didn’t see it"

"This hotel was way more luxury than I've ever stayed at before. The hotel makes a great impression when you walk in, especially with the front desk staff being so friendly. The lobby is a vibe that Iam fully here for. This extended to the hallways and our room. We walked into a fireplace and couch set up that begged you to sit and relax with an eating corner and honest bar behind you and the bed off to the side. The bathroom is HUGE. A walk in shower and a separate bathtub with a chandelier over it screams excess in the best way. And the bed. Wow that bed. More comfortable than my bed at home. It was like sleeping on a cloud. This room was worth every penny I paid for it and it really made the whole experience. Can't say I'll be back in Iowa anytime soon but I know where I'll be staying if I return!"

"Clean room, very stylish bathroom with lavender scented toiletries. I wish the facility had more moisture in the air because the ultra dry air gave me a low grade migraine but was very beautiful. I was there as a wedding guest. They offer very unique and preferred option for the guests like a social hour with orderves before being seated for the dinner followed the wedding. "

"Everything was fine, except we were unable to get on the internet. We asked for assistance, but nobody helped. We asked them to reboot it."

"A front receptionist was repeatedly rude to the customers she managed over the phone. She was argumentative and denigrated her customers on the phone….including me. She argued with how I made my reservation - a phone call to Hilton reservations- she stated was made through a third party. That sort of rudeness required a re-think of her people-facing role. She became frustrated, her voices was raised, argumentative and simply rude. Never should she have access to customers. "

"Please let me begin that I have been a Hyatt Rewards member for over two decades. Hyatt Hotels were a go-to”during my business and conference travels. Further, I have stayed at this property a number of times since its opening. I was amazed at the amount of wear and tear at this property. Wood trim on every surface was noticeably scratched, chipped or damaged in some way, the sofa fabric had a tear, etc., making it hard to determine if the facility was clean or not as the air of dinginess was everywhere. I found it hard to believe that the Hyatt brand would allow this type of surfaces that diminished the feel of the property. Otherwise, all seemed orderly, staff were pleasant, everything was operational, breakfast was tasty…but the spaces I accessed had seen far more better days in the past. "

"It was close to the hospital/costs too much to park for what you have to pay for the room/staff was a tad rude "

"Needs a renovation. Rooms were disgusting and rundown. Our room stunk of smoke and stagnant air. Went to open window which was full of black mold. Last two inches of stick used to secure window was all black mold. Have tried calling management three times and they are always gone for an emergency. Have not returned any of my calls. "

"Our room was clean, breakfast was great and the staff was pleasant and accommodating. We had a great stay!"
