"Please let me begin that I have been a Hyatt Rewards member for over two decades. Hyatt Hotels were a go-to”during my business and conference travels. Further, I have stayed at this property a number of times since its opening.
I was amazed at the amount of wear and tear at this property. Wood trim on every surface was noticeably scratched, chipped or damaged in some way, the sofa fabric had a tear, etc., making it hard to determine if the facility was clean or not as the air of dinginess was everywhere. I found it hard to believe that the Hyatt brand would allow this type of surfaces that diminished the feel of the property.
Otherwise, all seemed orderly, staff were pleasant, everything was operational, breakfast was tasty…but the spaces I accessed had seen far more better days in the past. "
