"Disappointing in general. The property was misrepresented in Vrbo ad. Thought there would be view of the lake. Just a parking lot. Pool and small beach were closed between November and March. The weather was over 80 degrees while we were there but still no pool. No king size bed although advertised. It was a queen. Did not sleep six. There were Not enough beds or chairs for six. We booked this as a stop over before our final destination in Gainesville. We arrived at 11:30 pm and were welcomed by Joe by name. He was so friendly and amazing, a real asset to the brand. Our room was comfortable, clean and breakfast reliably good as it always is with Hampton Inn. The only issue is they are doing serious construction on the Main Street the hotel is located on and it was hard to find the turn in. That of course is not the fault of the hote and will be temporary.
