It wasn't child friendly as my Son could get his hands on everything and we had to keep him in a highchair the majority of the time we were in the room to make sure he didn't hurt himself. The bathroom smelt of sewage and the toilet had a heavy flow leak (rectified by the owner but needs a more permanent fix as he said the pipes lose).
