"This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a resort. I’m only not giving zero stars because the animation team did their best despite the terrible conditions. The reception staff was rude and unhelpful. I asked about the Mini Club and got wrong info — then got scolded for asking again. The pools, including the indoor one, were freezing. No one could enjoy them, not even my 4-year-old daughter who loves water. The Aqua Park? Useless if you can’t enter the water. Really, FREEZING! Bathrooms...

"Some of the prices quoted in the information for this hotel have gone up so check with Francoise first (it may have already been changed as I write this review). This is an amazing Riad with very friendly and helpful staff (nothing was too much trouble) - it is in probably the best location in Marrakech for tourism in the older part of town.
