They brought our luggages from taxi stand to the hotel as cars cannot go inside the medina city. After finishing that they asked to give 60 Euros. Always inform the hotel about your arrival. The hotel staff was super friendly and I will stay again st this hotel. "

"This place is garbage. I showed up, with a hotels.com reservation and was shown to my room. I spent the day in and out of the room doing work. In the early evening, they decided they were no longer going to honor my reservation and forced me to leave. Thankfully I found a hostel which was significantly nicer and cheaper than this place, and with better internet. If you can avoid it, AVOID IT."
