"Exactly as advertised. House was very clean and well kept. Nice and close to downtown easy walk to 6th Street or an inexpensive uber ride. Owner was very responsive to questions during the stay. Plenty of things to do in the back yard. I highly recommend staying at this property. I would say remember you are very close to downtown, Austin has done a great job of policing the streets and keeping the area safe. There are lots of cities in the county I would'nt let my wife travel with friends to....
