"Stay was fine with the exception of being caught offguard by maintenance randomly changing the battery to my door lock without announcing themselves. It’s startling to hear someone at your door & peek out to see them knelt down messing with the lock to your room—a simple knock to inform me would have helped. I even called downstairs to verify to be sure. Front desk was polite and accommodating. Room was fairly clean but finding stray hairs throughout room & bath was off putting. Though property is in walking distance of the beach, the pool could be upgraded and made much larger. "

"This was our favorite hotel that we stayed at during our time in PR. The view was amazing and our room was perfect. Plenty of room for our things and the double vanity with a separate tub was the perfect touch. The ladies at the front desk working the night shift made our stay there. I unfortunately can't remember there names but they made the hotel! They recommended several locations for us to try, asked what we liked so it was a truly personalized recommendation from locals that cared! I can't say enough about them; but they definitely deserve a raise! Had we not had other plans i would have extended our stay to the full 2 weeks. The location was convenient short drive to old san juan condado and highway access. I would rebook here in a heartbeat, and plan to on our next trip to Puerto Rico! Thank you for the amazing stay"

"Our stay at this beautiful waterfront hotel was absolutely wonderful. The property was clean, cozy, and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was smooth and effortless. And the room… absolutely stunning! The ocean view was breathtaking, the bed and sheets were incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotless with a fresh, pleasant scent throughout the room. The location is another huge plus — walking distance to many great spots, restaurants, and attractions. The bar also deserves a mention for its delicious cocktails and relaxing atmosphere. The only negative comment would be that the shower hose was broken, which could use some attention. Other than that, everything was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable waterfront stay!"

"The property was amazing I loved the palm trees and all the seating they had around . They had a nice bar / restaurant they made the best mojitos. They also had a gym the room I had was kind of small for two people though use to bump my arm against the tv and the bed was small for two . They had towels to go to the beach you had to go across the bridge and go on the other side they are chairs there and umbrellas. They also had a very good bakery next door which I loved . The staff was so friendly I really loved that I will be back ."
