Great out of the way location near the smokey mountains
We enjoyed our stay at the property. Everything was clean, well prepared, and exactly as the listing described. The driveway getting up to the property was a bit steep in one spot and tricky, but otherwise an excellent location to visit Knoxville and the surrounding mountains. The property owners communicated well and set good expectations. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice comfortable house
We were happy with this home. Very comfortable with comfy beds snd furniture. Would be nice if you did not look out window and see some junky cars snd trailer. Only big complaint was main shower was unusable because of very slippery floor. Owners said they would look into this. Kitchen remodeled and very well stocked…had to supply our own garbage bags though. Also when leaving and stripping beds noticed a very bad stain of some sort jnddr sheet.'

Lovely property! The house was very clean! It is beautiful decorated in the inside. The house is in a rural setting but we were able to navigate to the place with Google maps. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay
The pictures really don't do this house justice. The master bedroom / bathroom were HUGE! As well as the rest of the house. There was plenty of room for everyone. We loved it. The location was quiet and it was refreshing to see the neighborhood kids outside playing and selling lemonade. You are outside town to have the country feel but close enough for quick travel to the stores. We would definitely stay again.

My family and I came to Maryville to visit family after my uncle passed away. The owners made our stay so easy. They are super sweet and easy to communicate with if needed. The house was amazing!! I will definitely stay here in the future!

Our wedding party stay
Beautiful inside! A bit more than rural outside, (many cars and work trailer parked almost on the vrbo property) We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations…. Two things would make it better. Some kind of privacy curtain or shade for the master bathroom. It was a bit of a showcase for the farmers behind the house. Second, it would be nice if there was a broom or sweeper for our stay. It was hard to keep wiping the floor with paper towels.

Great stay!
We have a house in the area we like and usually try to book if there’s only 4 of us (because one room does have bunk beds which would be difficult for 5 adults). Since there was going to be 5 adults this time we looked for an alternative and found this one. We had a great stay! It was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The house is a little bit out of town but Google maps got us right there (and the house number sign in the yard was very helpful!). The host was communicative before, during, and after our stay to make sure we had all the info we needed and to make sure our stay was good. We will definitely add this to our list of places to check when we’re in the area!

Great stay!
The house was great! Exactly as pictured, the giant sectional was great and the open layout. Master bedroom and bathroom were huge! The house wasn’t on the prettiest street in town but it was nice and quiet and convenient to Maryville and Townsend. Would stay again!
