"This is a wonderful property with great hosts. It is comfortable and well appointed. The location is convenient to local attractions. Close enough to walk to the historic downtown or waterfront but far enough away to keep parking simple. The carriage house is clean, modern and quiet. It was perfect for us and our pup. The bed is so comfortable we asked the hosts for brand/model. We definitely recommend and would stay here again if we visit Wilmington."

"The condo itself was very nice, had a little trouble with the TV understanding how it worked otherwise the only other complaint I had was the bathroom could have been cleaner it had mold on shower curtain and leftover hair on the outside of bathtub."
