"The hotel itself is very nice, and the staff were all lovely. I was admittedly disappointed with my room, as I had booked a room with a bath inside, and according to the images on the website, I thought I’d have a glass shower and robe. However, the bathroom was more like a college dorm, with just a curtain that didn’t keep the water from flooding the bathroom. The toilet didn’t have a lid. It was also a step up to the bathroom, which could be precarious when it was wet. The bed was comfy, but there were no drawers for storing clothes. Overall, I was here for only a few days, so it was fine, but it just wasn’t what I thought based on the website."

"Everything was perfect apart from the restaurant was permanently closed as was the bar? I find it strange that a hotel as nice as this only provides a small snack counter, self service, of course but nothing else. Don't get me wrong there's a few very good restaurants close by but given the amount of rough sleepers on the sidewalk you wouldn't really want to stroll through them at night. So we ordered in. Apart from that there's a fantastic shop across the road 3 minutes away that sells everything it's brilliant 😃."

"Wonderfully clean and fairly quiet with a few hiccups over our stay. The walk to the T was reasonably close, but one street we had to take was steep. We got rained in 1 day with the Nor’easter, but we had gotten some groceries on our way in and just enjoyed the day. Only wish was that there was more comfortable seating for the amount of people it sleeps. The couch seats 3 adult sized people well, but even with 4 of us- someone had to sit on a stool or the floor to watch the 1 television in the apartment. Overall though, very nice and would book again if needed and available."

"Dealing with the property management company was great. They were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. The air conditioning situation wasn’t ideal as they had disconnected the upstairs units and we had to reinstall the hoses venting the hot air outside. The upstairs A/C units also had to be emptied of water multiple times per day. Lower floor units are window units which work MUCH better, zero issues there. Be aware that you’re in an upstairs unit with old (but very nice) wood floors, so the unit below you can hear if you have kids running around. Overall, great location and very nice property. Very quiet at night and easy to get some rest while you’re exploring the city."

"If you want to stay out of the city centre but with quick & easy access to the subway, this is ideal. A very nice area with all amenities nearby and a ten minute walk to the subway station. Jessica, our host was so nice and very helpful, even staying up until midnight to greet us after we were horribly delayed. The only reason it didn't get five stars is that the kitchen could use an update, although it was quite functional. Overall a great place to stay and we would certainly stay again when visiting Boston."
