"This is my second time coming back. The property is clean and I enjoy the pool. They have wait staff around the pool where you can order drinks or food. The staff is attentive and nice. They have activities on property to keep you entertained. They have a vacation club and as any salesperson would they insist on doing a presentation. I skipped it. Overall I was pleased with the experience for the price. If I come back to mazatlan for a third time. I might try to experience something else but...

"The property is convenient for me. It was a little unsettling when staff was rude. I requested ice at 9:30pm and was told there was none as the restaurant was closed. The menu said it closed at 10. "

"It’s a beautiful place to stay right by the beach. The only bad thing is that this place doesn’t clean the room so if your staying for a few days be prepared to clean your room. "

"Overall hotel resort is in a great location, and the rooms are well kept and clean. Property green areas and pool are fantastic. Easy access to beach ant beach towels are provided, we will be back."

"My daughter and I spent two nights at El Cid Moro Hotel in Mazatlán. We stayed at one of their junior suites. Our hotel room was big, nicely decorated, and it had the most amazing view ever. The bathroom had a funky smell, and the toilet bowl had yellow stains. We opted for the European plan which meant we had to buy our own drinks. We ended up paying almost 40 dollars for 2 drinks. The hotel didn’t have enough umbrellas and loungers by the beach, but it had 3 different swimming pools "

"PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE ITS TERRIBLE. There are no staff to help with anything. The villas are located inside a shared premises with other property including a elderly living complex. The pool was disgusting, the villa itself was dirty and old. We had to leave after being there for two hours because we didn’t feel safe at all!! "
