Inns in McHenry County

Very clean

My husband and I stayed here while visiting our daughter in the area. The room was very clean and everything was updated and nice. The bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet and peaceful; everything was well lit and very safe. We didn’t eat the breakfast, but did do a walk through of it and it looked and smelled delicious and other visitors seemed to be enjoying it. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be staying again when we visit in the future!

Great property right on the lake. Balcony with lake view with easy parking, walk right to the lake and tons of dining and bars nearby. We loved our stay here!

Such a comfortable stay! We had an event at Pheasant Run and didn't want to stay on site. The beds at the Hampton were SO comfortable! The staff were all very friendly and really seemed to enjoy being there. The breakfast was fabulous for a hotel breakfast. Such a variety- and so much more than toast and cereal. Loved the hot breakfast variety that changed each morning of our stay! My only suggestion is to add another waffle station to make sure that everyone who wants a waffle has time to make...

I have stayed at all the hotels on Milwaukee Rd. in Beloit, Wi. , and this is the best.

Great place, great stay everything was awesome will be coming back for sure

Parking was easy , quiet area, hotel staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was clean.

I felt comfortable, safe and well taken care of at the Harmony Inn. Stepping out of my room into the kitchen and on through the doors to the patio was a pleasure (fixing a cup of tea and grabbing a homemade muffin - all included - as I headed to the outdoor seating area, complete with gas heater). Then I attempted to do a little painting of the flowers. There were other snacks including fruit and yogurt😁. Dave, our gracious host, showed me how to feed the ducks and geese which also live on...

Would definitely stay again!

very clean and quiet

Excellent hotel. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff.

Lakeside rooms have nice view of Lake Geneva. Hotel has dock for guests across the street. Easy walking to shops and restaurants as well as Riviera dock for boat trips and swimming beach. We didn't move our car while we were there. Historic Baker House restaurant right next door is charming and filled with antiques.

What a unique and beautiful hotel, very peaceful and so clean, my children don't want to leave. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We're going back soon.

Clean

We loved the property, and the room , but the elevator was on hold for at least 20 minutes, they told us the roof top was priority as they had a private event, I felt like because we only paid for one night we weren’t important, other then this small issue the hotel is very unique , love the fact they have bottles of wine at the room and the LP player with real vinyl records is amazing ! I’m staying there for Christmas and new years celebrations!

Location of room was on first floor right by the pool which was convenient. Room was nice and bed comfortable. Was allowed to check in early.

This is a very beautiful hotel. I make it a point to compare every hotel I stay at, and this one stands out. Allowing two dogs free of charge is a great bonus. The area is beautiful, and the lighting throughout the hotel is excellent—especially helpful for people with low vision. The hotel is ADA accessible, and the staff all have great attitudes and provide excellent service. The lobby is truly five-star, and the room is fabulous. I would give this hotel 5 stars. The only thing I noticed...

Ease and fast check-in, very clean room, and very quiet!
