The location of the hotel is on a quiet street and walkable to all major attractions. There is a parking garage a block away so parking is convenient. The size of the standard twin room is good for two people with not so many luggage. Front desk staff was helpful, restaurant serves decent food. During our stay there are street sidewalk pavement constructions near the hotel but no big deal. Stayed three nights, had a very nice time in Alcala De Henares. No complaints. I gave it an excellent...

Very good service

Staff was very friendly, excellent accommodations, EV chargers working, great place to stay not too far from airport.

Only stayed here for one night before flying back home. Hotel was super clean and the staff was very nice. They offered free breakfast which was great and they also have a restaurant that the food was good as well. If you are flying international like I did then taking the shuttle will take close to 30 minutes from the hotel to get to Terminal 4.

Very clean and comfortable, delicious breakfast with many options. Shower water pressure "A" plus. We rented two rooms, and we were more than satisfied. Highly recommend this hotel.

We wanted a comfortable hotel to spend or last night after 3 weeks traveling. We wanted to be close to,the airport, a shuttle to the airport and a place to dine and Crowne Plaza provided all of those features.

New hotel, very clean, friendly staff, love the eco-friendly design.

good

I am a fan of Barcelo hotels but not of this one, i felt a little disappointed for the cost of the stay, but being in Madrid explained why is such this way. I uber most of the time and cost varies depending on time of the day but with a big increment for busy hours, the room was comfortable and quiet we had street view. Later in my stay i discovered that the metro stationPlaza Castilla, was in walking distance from there but I can’t say much because did not ride the it. There are few options...

Hotel exterior was deceiving. Convenient to airport and Metro to other areas of Madrid. Interior was attractive and modern. Rooms were somewhat dated, but very large in comparison to typical European style, clean and comfortable. Bed was firm. Restaurant food was good quality for the $$$.

Staff, rooms, hotel , shuttle to amd back airport

Very good attention

The staff was very friendly, the rooms well appointed and the food excellent, both dinner and breakfast. Would stay again. The shuttle was the only confusing thing. We ended up taking a cab to the hotel.

very convienient location to the airport and the metro to downtown. the shuttle service to the airport was great.

Service to the Airport is not free, is 5 Euros per person, not bad, but is not free. Good thing they have lockers, which is very convenient, we left the luggage two days earlier, and went to Paris, and check-in without carrying the big luggages. Clean, breakfast was ok.
