The place is ran by a loving family, who goes above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasent stay. They helped us book tours, gave us names of great local eats, and even allowed us to check out at 4pm so that we would have enough time to visit one more waterfall, come back to the hotel and shower before leaving. "Our stay at Munduk Plantation Nature Resort was nothing short of perfect. If you're looking for a private, luxurious experience set in the mountainous jungle of north Bali, this is it. Our pool villa included the attentive services of Leo, our butler. Leo kindly arranged breakfast each morning, brought to our villa, as well as scheduled various nature treks, dinners, yoga, and spa treatments for us. We had regular friendly communication with him via WhatsApp. Leo's welcoming nature made our stay truly a home. Other wonderful and attentive staff included Nia and Juni at the Balinese restaurant on site and Roni who collected us from the airport and drove us to our next hotel in Ubud. All staff made us feel like nothing was too much to ask, and we genuinely felt sad saying goodbye."
