"When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty. We actually went there to look for a potential wedding venue, the people we were supposed...

"My family love this property. It’s a place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. The well curated garden with a good mix of low trees, bushes and flowers are to admire while swimming in the infinite pool. The house itself has fun features. I wish we used the billiard room more while playing Motown hits using the built in speakers. The best part are the attentive staff. They have a big heart so please be nice to all of them. Bring EU outlet adapters. Have fun!"

"We fully enjoy our stay. Etta and Kadek are fabulous cooks. Dharma drove us everywhere and made great suggestions. Budi our house manager was there if we needed anything The main issue we had were the wild dogs ….fighting most of the day and through some of the night. The coffee machine needs an update which we told the owners . It is a great place to relax. Also both ladies gave fantastic massages. "

"Everything about this experience was excellent. The staff prepared great food and took great care of us. The property is beautiful and very comfortable. My only advice would be that travelers should know that it is about a 4-5 hour car ride from the airport in Denpasar. The villa is challenging to find even with Google maps, but once you are there you will not regret it. It's a real gem and worth the trip. Our three children spent most of the days in the pool which is surrounded by trees and therefore even has some shade which is quite useful in the hot hours of the day. "The house was wonderful and so was the staff. They all make you feel so welcomed and taken care of. It was so nice having a personal driver. He gave us recommendations on places to go and where to eat and served also as a tour guide. The ladies at home made us feel so loved and so taken care of. They were so incredibly sweet. The staff alone made the stay so worth it. The house is tucked away on the north part of the island and allowed you to feel secluded. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Thank you for the wonderful experience."
