"Our stay at Elevate was exactly what we needed midway through an incredible four-week trip around Bali. The property and surrounding location are stunning, with beautifully designed accommodations and breathtaking views. We also had massages at the spa, and they were among the best we’ve ever experienced — special thanks to Aryani and Wira for such a memorable treatment. We’d also highly recommend taking advantage of the complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions. Putu was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and made the experience even more enjoyable. The only feedback we’d share is that the canapés served during the complimentary afternoon tea didn’t quite reflect the quality of the restaurant food otherwise, which we thoroughly enjoyed throughout our stay. Overall, Elevate is a truly beautiful property, made even more special by the warmth and hospitality of the staff."

"Memorable Anniversary in Munduk Moding Plantation Grateful for the Memorable Experience Mahendra - our butler, he is really "The Host with the Most" attending to our every little needs. Right to the smallest details of our dietary restriction. Pak Aditya - Restaurant manager, looks young and well groomed, ticks all the boxes of an f&b professional. Has the confidence to present the dishes with soul and passion for me to video it for my friends to see and feel envious and excited to come! Megi and Sila - bar manager and bartender they made drinking at the bar and th e Arak Tasting very fun! Thank you restaurant team for setting the flowers and candles. Sugi is so proactive and anticipating our needs beyond his best. Bli Astina also has attention to details. Mahendra and the guy who did the coffee tour. You guys did a great job bringing us around the plantation and letting us experience the best it can offer! Love the vegetation, the animals in the farm and the factories recycling the plastic and processing the coffee we drink and bought home. Very happy and grateful."

"Villa Pandu lives up to the expectations for a stay in Bali! From the communication from Paul and Melanie to the arrangement of the driver for the week to the accommodations nothing was a disappointment. The staff were amazing, meals were excellent and the villa is beautiful. Clean, comfortable, spacious and welcoming. Villa Pandu is in North Bali which is a trek but we would not of had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful people who manage the villa. Mellie and Ita cooked some fabulous meals and made sure our stay was rememberable and comfortable. We can’t say enough about the car service and our driver Dharma. He recommended and took us to some fabulous places in Bali and truly made our vacation. 5 stars and beyond in customer service!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you to the entire team of people who made this first time trip to Bali something we will never forget! Paul and Melanie thank you for sharing your home! Can’t wait to return!"

"We upgraded to the nicer room and would highly recommend anyone to do the same thing. The room was amazing with wonderful views. It rained before we showed up so the windows were a bit dirty but understand they can't clean them everyday. Staff was very helpful and the fresh squeezed juice (Strawberry) was amazing. Breakfast was wonderful especially as we had it delivered to our room. We did the hibachi dinner and the chef was amazing the food was wonderful. The infinity pool was a bit cold but understandable and the view there at sunset was amazing."

"My wife and I spent three relaxing days at Umadewi Surf, the staff could not do enough for you. We firstly booked a garden view but upgraded to an ocean view on the second and third night. The upgrade went without any problems and they were very accommodating to our needs. The ocean view suite was very spacious and the bathroom was very modern."

"Very basic room. Scratchy very thin blanket. Tea/koffee making would be nice. Still the value for money is excellent "

"My husband and I stayed in a standard room for our first night. We felt it was too small and didn’t have any view of the ocean from the small terrace. Probably more suited for younger surfers. We asked to be upgraded to a Deluxe Double Room with ocean views! What a difference! It was stunning! We loved our beach view from the large, relaxing balcony. The room was very large, clean and welcoming. It was definitely worth the extra money! The staff were extremely sweet and friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious but limited to one main dish, a juice and a tea or coffee. If you want extra it’s quite cheap so no problems there. The pool is lovely but small and is situated alongside the restaurant, so if you’re swimming people in the bar/restaurant can see you. Being an older person I didn’t use it as I was too embarrassed. There’s not much around the area however it is the perfect place to relax, unwind and chill out! We would stay there again just for the relaxed atmosphere, wonderful staff and stunning room with a view! "
