"When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty. The joglo has been refurbished and outfitted beautifully but is still very livable. "My family love this property. It’s a place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. The well curated garden with a good mix of low trees, bushes and flowers are to admire while swimming in the infinite pool. The house itself has fun features. I wish we used the billiard room more while playing Motown hits using the built in speakers. The best part are the attentive staff. They have a big heart so please be nice to all of them. Bring EU outlet adapters. Have fun!"

"We fully enjoy our stay. Etta and Kadek are fabulous cooks. Dharma drove us everywhere and made great suggestions. Budi our house manager was there if we needed anything The main issue we had were the wild dogs ….fighting most of the day and through some of the night. The coffee machine needs an update which we told the owners . It is a great place to relax. Also both ladies gave fantastic massages. "
