"Everything about the hotel was very convenient. Check-in was smooth and parking was right there (which sold me on this hotel vs another across Kenwood Mall)."

"Room was clean, it just would not get warm. The heat wouldn’t turn on. So I ended up grabbing the extra bedding set and adding that blanket on top of the comforter for additional warmth. Breakfast was good. The power went out a few times in the morning due to the snow storm, but the front desk workers were really good in keeping those of us down there calm."
