"We spent some extra money to stay in a hotel with a grand reputation and wanted a bit of a premium experience. Instead, the staff was mediocre (especially in the valet), the water temperature in the shower was unusable--too cold for a long time, then too hot until I gave up, and the room was just okay. We're not mad about it, just really disappointed. Hopefully your stay will be better."

"We were unaware that there was no on site parking w/o valet $49 charge. Off street parking lots expensive and charge for each coming and going. Disappointed that check in did not inform us that you had to use your room key to use the elevator. That would’ve been helpful!!"
