"Absolutely loved this stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and got me taxis etc when I needed them. The room was so comfortable with high tech support for working and relaxing. The meals were absolutely delicious and served with great customer service. This was a gem of a place to stay. The area is also beautiful and has much to offer in terms of a relaxing stay. "Loved my stay at this Hotel. Everything about it was wonderful. The staff was warm and welcoming, the location was in what is now the more interesting and authentic part of Florence. The Terrace overlooking the Gardens where you can eat breakfast was dazzling. In this age of ultra modern hotels, this one stood out because of its preservation of history and yet the room and the bathroom were large and roomy yet warm and cozy. "
