"The Hotel Tolomei was an unforgettable experience. It really was a Palace! When we arrived Danielli (the owner) welcomed us as if we were Family. The rooms were magnificent but welcoming. "Residence Leopoldo is close to the tram station (500m) which is a short distance to Santa Maria Novella Station. It is very clean, quiet and comfortable for 2 people. We had a studio apartment with a bed and sofa bed, a small, well equipped kitchen. The bathroom was large with a washing machine and lots of hot water. There is a coffee machine but only 2 free coffee pods. We had to buy coffee from the reception (0.5euros/pod). You can also buy wine at reception for a reasonable price which was...

"We had an amazing time at the Rivalta Hotel. My husband and I stayed in two different River View suites over a week, and both were equally amazing. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond for us. When we arrived we discovered that one of our suitcase locks was broken, and they sent someone up with tools to help us get in to it. We loved the breakfast each morning and rooftop patio. Very happy with our entire visit and will absolutely be back!"
