"The room was dusty and dirty especially the bathroom, Please be aware of noise at night! There is a nightclub across the street and you won’t be able to sleep at all. The staff are okay. Do not recommend to stay here. Please go to another Hotel. "

"Customer service was extremely poor. Rashheda was fabulous getting me in early, but that’s it. The amenities were terrible.. one pack of coffee, one sugar and one creamer and that’s all you get in your room. Are you kidding me? You turn on the heater or the air conditioner it’s so loud that you have to turn it off or you can’t hear the TV… no outlets in the bathroom when you’re getting ready to go somewhere. Extremely poor customer service… people weren’t nice people weren’t helpful. I would never staythere again."

"Goid complete breakfast, property was maintained , room was clean , but the hallway 2nd floor had a terrible bad fish smell! From elevators all the way down to end of hall to my room - terrible smell, i informed front desk- they dont have a clue- something fishy nasty smelling!"

"The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. The breakfast goes till 11:00, something I really appreciate, and the breakfast room is comfortable yet elegant. The carpeting in the hallways is getting a little tired, but it's clean."

"The breakfast menu was fresh and had good variety. The room was clean and tidy. The service from attendants was good. I had only one problem with this accommodation: there was no bar soap, only a body wash dispenser mounted on the shower wall about 4 feet above the tub bottom. This would have worked well for a shower, but was not good for me as I prefer a bath. In order to get soap, I had to repeatedly stand up in the water because the dispenser was too high for me to reach from a sitting-in-the-tub position. This issue can be easily remedied by moving the dispensers for body wash, shampoo, and conditioner down to a reachable distance from the tub bottom."
