" The hotel is exquisite. My room, the junior suite, was moderately priced, and had a huge terrace with a lake view, as did the high-ceilinged room with a big arched window. Every detail was luxurious, and it was immaculate. It was nicer than most 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. The breakfast was grand, the common sitting room was gorgeous, the staff was warm and helpful, and it’s just steps from the lake and the duomo. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. It helped make Como the highlight of my trip so far. "

"The front desk staff were wonderful as we checked in. They were all very helpful. The breakfast staff equally inviting and took care of us. My birthday was absolutely wonderful and they brought a fantastic brownie treat for my big day. Spa is a must, great massages and lovely spa to enjoy after. Seriously Como Hilton, you knocked it out of the park with this location!! 10stars all around Cheers!"

"Everything about the interior of the hotel and the staff was fantastic! The staff was very kind, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was top-notch. The only problem was the location, especially in combination with it being New Year’s Eve. The hotel isn’t very close to much, but there were a few restaurants and a shopping mall within walking distance. Apparently, most restaurants (even McDonalds) close very early on NYE in Italy. We had to get room service because we couldn’t find anywhere to eat nearby. Other than that, our stay was wonderful!"
