"Location was great. Staff were helpful and we had an easy and quick check in. The room was very comfortable. Shower and bathroom were great. Bed was so comfortable and thermostat was easy to adjust to our temperature preferences. The cafe was conveniently located downstairs and while there is no room service, they were open and accessible when needed. There were plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance so no need to worry about the food options in the hotel. We would definitely stay here again as the best part was how close we were to downtown Toronto venues, restaurants, bars and Union station."

"It's a very small room, but it's clean, with nice touches. It has light switches next to the bed that control the whole room. It has plugs, and some motion detecting underlights near the bed. It's just a very, very small room. Even for the upgraded King rooms."

"Everything was absolutely fantastic. The front desk staff were amazing and went above and beyond. A tv was found to have been broken upon my arrival and I called down to express this (so it wasn't charged to me) and they promptly moved me rooms since there was no available replacement TV and this would need to be worked on in the meantime. The friendliest maintenance man greeted me with my keys to my new room and the best smile I've seen in awhile and was genuinely happy to help. The only reason I scored lowered for amenities was because there was no pool or hot tub or jetted tub suite (which is my own preference) however the proximity to the venue I was in town for was beautiful. The space was beautiful and everything went as smooth as possible. I will be back even despite the no pool as the staff and experience were perfect. "
