Our stay at Casa Cleo was perfect. The rooms are spacious, we stayed in both the studio and the suite. The bathrooms are newly designed, have both a great shower and deep bath. Large enough so there is no fighting for space. The property is nicely situated from bars/restaurants/ coffee shops so it is quiet at night. The shopping streets and attractions are a short Uber away. The staff are attentive and professional with security 24 hours - have a late flight or want to stay out late - no...

Property was super clean, everything almost new, they had security and front desk 24 hours. The unit had A/C in whole apt. Their beds were very comfortable with king size mattresses. The only thing apt did not have was washer and dryer. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing hotel! It’s quiet yet in walking distance to everything you’d want to experience in the Condesa. Plus your 15-30 minute Uber from pretty much everything in Mexico City. The staff are super friendly and responsive to guest needs. I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to come to CDMX. We’d stay here again the next time…

Beautiful hotel room. Loved the decor and minimalist aesthetic. Loved the shower and tile. Nice bed with clean sheets and light fixtures.A/C was not the best and there was some debris on the floor near the bed when I got in. Overall worth the money and would stay again.

Prime location and a beautiful, brand new hotel. My room was extremely comfortable and had a beautiful balcony. The street is quiet, the bed is very comfortable, and the staff is extremely friendly and communicative. There’s also a great cafe right in the lobby. Highly, highly recommended! Can’t wait to return.

Absolutely amazing. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. We are not the usual hostel customer, but we felt welcome nonetheless. There was always someone there to help.
Great location near hundreds of amazing restaurants and easy access to public transit.
We did not partake in the activities, but they had something to do everyday.
Also had a nice complimentary breakfast of yogurt, fruit, granola, and toast.
They also always had coffee and filtered water.
