Guests are granted access to the entire apartment and all building amenities, including the guest pool located on the ground floor. However, access to the rooftop owners' pool is excluded.

Valet parking fees:
1-7 days: $28 per vehicle per day
8-10 days: $25 per vehicle per day
11-19 days: $250 per stay
20-30 days: $295 per stay

Please note that there is a $30 daily resort fee per unit and a $250 refundable security deposit paid upon arrival at the front desk.
We also offer tiered resort fee prices based on the length of your stay:
$25 per day for stays of 7–15 days
$20 per day for stays of 15–29 days
$300 per month for stays of 30 days.
Stays exceeding 30 days are charged $300 + $10 per additional day
A 4% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.
