Wonderful Spot in a great neighborhood

The location was great! Such a close walk to the beach, or you could choose to stay at the on-site pool. Host provided plenty of towels and beach accessories for our use. We would absolutely stay here again, and would highly recommend to others!

I stayed at this dump from April 26 - May 3rd. The property was HORRIBLE!! I wouldn't have my enemy stay there! It wasn't cleaned properly. There was a dirty sock hanging on back of bedroom door. The fan switch was broken and wouldn't shut off. The patio door wouldn't lock, and the vertical blinds were broken. The owner Felix said if I didn't like it there, just leave. I told him I had no place else to go. He said he would put a check in the mail on May 26th, for the $150. cleaning deposit I paid. He LIED!! He didn't mail it. He said he might send it, if I didn't damage the place. I took pictures the day I arrived, and the day I left.

Absolutely perfect!

Location was fantastic and the place was perfect. Felix even met us at 2am when our flight was delayed! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend Felix as a host!
