Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
CHECK OUT: the check-out time, which is 11:00 a.m. PACK UP: Take garbage to the back of the building garbage bin. Please clean used dishes, pots, and utensils. Empty all food from the refrigerator.
TOWELS: Leave all dirty towels on the bathroom shower floor CLOSE UP: turn off all appliances that was turned on during your stay. Please close all windows and doors as you prepare to exit the unit
LEAVE THE AC UNIT ON: Please leave on the air conditioning system just as you found it at the beginning of your stay. We want the condo to be nice and cool for our next guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
