Not what I expecting

I reserved this property based on the attractive photos provided on the booking website. Some of the pictures featured a rooftop pool and bar, and the room itself looked appealing. However, upon checking in, I discovered that the rooftop amenities were only accessible to residents, a detail that was not mentioned on the Vrbo site. The beds in the room were uncomfortable and of poor quality, bearing little resemblance to the advertised room. Additionally, the air conditioner did not work for the first two days of my stay. I recommend that the property owner update the photos and listing to accurately reflect the amenities and conditions of the rental.
