"Listing was not accurate and there was no dryer or heat in the home. Listing photos were amazing, but place was more run down than photos suggested. Stains, damaged cookware, uncomfortable beds, and terrifying stairs up to the bathroom and beds. This could be a good listing with some TLC so I'm hoping that happens."

"The property is lovely. The kids enjoyed playing in the garden and everything is easily walkable (restaurants, Portabello Road, the Underground, supermarkets, bakeries, etc.). The property was clean and comfortable for a family with 3 elementary age kids."

"We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees.
