Check in took quite a long time - at one point, there were seven people in cue to check in with the one receptionist - BUT my guess is that this was an exception. " No kettle in room or water in fridge. A kettle was delivered eventually. The pool area was looking like it needed updating, quite shabby, fixtures & fittings. The hair bobble on the key for the padlock, for the lockers, was not the best look, for a Hilton hotel. Room was very basic for the money. Staff were friendly & polite. "
