"Great house, great location, 6 buddies in our mid 60’s rented this guest house in conjunction with the main house to get away from the Northeast cold in February and play some golf. Both properties were immaculately clean and well cared for and in close proximity to golf courses as well as restaurants and stores. Lori was a fantastic host and responded to any questions or issues almost immediately. Would highly recommend either or both properties."

This vrbo was a great alternative, in a quiet safe neighborhood, centrally located...reasonably close to Normandy, Riverside, and just 20 min drive to work (airport). VRBO host a nice guy who immediately took care of any issues that arose during my stay. Would recommend. "

"We were in town to visit family and the guesthouse is in a quiet historic neighborhood. Very clean with all you need for a weekend getaway. It’s close to the all the areas and places we wanted to visit just outside of downtown Jacksonville. The little yard is fenced in so it was nice to have a private area to let our dog off her leash and the neighborhood was quiet to walk her if needed. It’s a very dog friendly rental!
