"The building is beautiful, with charming colonial architecture and excellent amenities. The pool and hot tub are outstanding and were the highlights of my stay. Unfortunately, the experience changed completely on the second and third floors. The carpets were very dirty, the rooms were dusty, the public bathrooms were not clean, and the living room furniture was heavily stained. "The room was great. The location is great. The employees in the office are always typing on the computer and don't seem to be fans of looking up at anyone who walks in. No one was rude but no one was all that nice either. $27 a day for guests to park is a scam you can't really avoid anymore. I knew about it ahead of time but it still isn't right. There is a nice balcony guests can use that faces the water. No breakfast but the coffee was decent and they have to go bags with a muffin,...

"Right on the beach. Short walk on bridge over sand dunes then you're at beautiful powerdy sand. Parking available for small fee. Spaces were tight especially for my Expedition, but convenient. Breakfast was pretty good."
