"Jeremy, the VRBO manager was very nice and helpful, however the unit had no A/C and because of that we had to cancel our reservation. He was very quick to help resolve the problem and get us a full refund. I would definitely book with him again with him because of his eagerness to make us happy. "This was our first time in St Augustine and it did not disappoint! The hotel is very new, staff were wonderful and very accommodating. It is within walkable distance to the beach. There is a publix right across the street for all your grocery shopping needs and plenty of dining options on the island. The island is small and personable but there is so much more to do/see/eat/shop if you choose to leave the island. Definitely planning to be back next summer! "
