"This house is located in the downtown historic district. All the homes in this area have been restored and are the cutest quaint little houses. It’s only a mile from UF Hospital of Jacksonville. When first arriving the AC was not cooling properly and upon contacting the host they were quick to get it resolved!! (Just needed filters replaced). They are still working on this place as a newer Vrbo I think they are on the right track. It was clean. It’s not flawless, but that’s the working on thing.
