"Lovely helpful staff, room was spacious clean and comfortable. A few things could do with updating and it felt a bit run down but nothing that impacted our stay at all. Great location as we were staying for a gig at the OVO arena, just a short walk away. Secure car parking and felt very safe at the hotel. Great shopping and food in the local area too. "

"Hotel situated on western ave so really closed to the tube at Park RoyaI. I was kindly upgraded with a quiet leafy green view. Lovely Elemis toiletries, bath robe and slippers. Will definitely return if I need to be in this area. "

"Room was good. Breakfast was good apart from terrible coffee. Worst check in and checkout experience of any hotel I’ve stayed in. We had pre booked and pre paid but had to type all our details into a pad on the reception desk and accept terms and conditions that were too long to read. When we left instead of just handing in our keys and telling the receptionist our room number we had to type our details again just to get confirmation that we didn’t owe anything. This longwinded and impersonal process deters me from staying there again."
