"My family and I traveled to South Korea from the United States. We stayed and the Toyoko Inn in Busan for three nights. The room was very nice, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is close to a beautiful beach with a lot going on, especially during the weekend. The staff were all very nice, and we especially enjoyed the complementary breakfast. We also enjoyed the pajamas that were available to borrow in the lobby. We would definitely stay there again. "

"This hotel made us the highlight of our Busan stay. We were treated like royalty every time we entered the hotel; the staffs were very kind to help in anyway they can. We want to thank especially Oscar Park, and his manager. Oscar went above and beyond and to make sure our stay was comfortable, with excellent recommendations to dining around the area. The weather was hot when we visited Korea. It was so nice that the hotel is attached to a huge shopping palace and duty free, we were having such a great time without feeling bored. The room is also very comfortable. Living in high end hotels many times, I have never been impressed with their amenities that I would abandon mine to use theirs. Lotte amenities are luxurious and I have been using theirs throughout this journey. Showers pressures are excellent, and additional details like soft close bathroom doors and underbed lightings really makes the hotel a great place to stay. Our family are very impressed with this hotel and there is no doubt we will book this hotel again when we visit Busan in the future. And thanks! Oscar! "
