"This hotel was spacious. The toilet was outside of the bathroom, which was nice. The view of the river that we had was lovely and their elevator was super fast. Amenities were all free at the front. There was coffee in the lobby but we didn’t know it was for us. Nobody explained that. The cups were so tiny though - you needed 3 cups!!! There was a fridge, hairdryer, and a large TV. If you don’t have mobility issues, it’s less than a 10 minute walk to major shopping, which was all under cover. This was lovely because it was pouring down rain the day we arrived. Clearly the local town is very helpful as we were stuck in the rain. A lady pulled over and gave us her personal umbrella because she felt bad that we were struggling to walk from the tran stop to this hotel. It was a bit of a struggle and out of the way, even after taking the tram as close as we could (number 6) The beds were super comfy. It was really updated and the pillows were great as well. It was about a half an hour walk from the station to the hotel if you were up for the walk"

"Just right beside the JR station and the shopping mall. Hotel was clean and new and spacious as well. Staff was friendly and polite. Super convenient. Will stay here again"

"Spent 9 nights during golden week 2025. Hotel is located on top of a shopping mall and a 3min walk to the main shopping arcade. Tram lines are 3 min walk. Bus terminal is underneath the hotel. Reception is on 14th floor, with hotel rooms located on floors 5-13. No room service. Staff are helpful. Many restaurants in short walking distance."

"It’s a one minute walk round the corner from a huge covered shopping arcade. Lots of food options. The whole check in and check out process was easy. The staff helpfully kept our luggage when we arrived in the morning. The room was very well designed with everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was nice, a mix of Japanese and western breakfast. They included some local dishes which was a nice touch."

"Parking is off premises so you will need to navigate a little to find the correct parking building. There are attendants there so no need to worry. Check-in and out was swift and there are plenty of lockers available for you if you need to leave your luggage behind for awhile. Room is very spacious. The entry to toilet has a step so not ideal if you have mobility issues. Headboard is deep., good if you have plenty of things you need to keep near you when you sleep."

"新市街から近くて良いロケーションですね。部屋も清潔で露天風呂もあり最高でした。値段も安くてお値打ちだと、珍しく嫁さんが褒めていましたのでまたよろしくお願いします。ただ立体駐車場の幅が183㎝までで、私の車は入りませんでした。 気さくな駐車場係のおじさんが近隣の安い駐車場を教えてくれたのが良かったです笑"

"Overall a very excellent hotel. The breakfast in the restaurant was very good. It had a large selection. being very close to the train station made it very convenient. There was also access to other forms of transportation very close. If you have a rental car, there is a Parkade you must pay for behind the hotel. The rental car centres are also located very close to the hotel."

"Customer service was excellent, and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Coin lockers and laundry room were very convenient!"
