"The house was lovely and offered historic charm as well as modern comforts. It is walking distance to shops and restaurants. The hosts were attentive and gave clear and easy instructions. Note that the house is close to the railroad tracks and the occasional train can be heard, including in the middle of the night. "

"I really needed, and enjoyed the serenity of the cabin and the woods. From the fireflies to all the nightlife sounds and then waking to so many different birds. I liked sitting out by the fire-ring in the evening and listening to it all. The shower house was epic too. Being a new rental, there were some kinks to work out, but David was always helpful, and I really enjoyed my stay. Cell service wasn't available for me, but luckily the wi-fi worked great. "The property was large, clean, and very nicely decorated. Loved the large front porch facing the lake, the roomy kitchen, and the fun game themed decor. Perfect for large families or groups of friends."

"Stayed here with 5 other people fishing the Megabass tournament on lake fork. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Plenty of room to park boats. Paved roads to house so no dust."
