I gave this place a 1-star review simply because when I booked it, it was listed as being in the heart of the city center, so you could easily walk to the lake and everywhere else. But when I checked in, they told me I was staying at their second "home," which is a few kilometers away. The taxi driver dropped me off, but the property was so hard to find. I had to video call the staff for 20 minutes just to locate the entrance, after the taxi driver left me at the back of the building. The location is also terrible, it's not easy to get taxis at all. This morning, when I tried to leave for Minsk train station at 10 AM, I couldn't get a taxi for 15 minutes straight, so I had to take the bus. Honestly, one of the worst travel experiences I've had in years.
