Great stay. Perfect home base on our weekend ski trip to sugar mountain. Clean, comfortable, and check in / out was as easy as can be. Will stay again. Also the coffee truck was on point.

The room was clean. The staff were friendly. The steak at dinner was awesome. They also had snacks and drinks that you could purchase at reasonable prices in the shop downstairs. Great view.

We have been traveling 3 weeks and it ranks #1. It felt homey, had a split floor plan with two bathrooms, but most of all it comes with a washer and dryer and is a great location with parking. Outstanding.

This resort has a wide variety of amenities in great condition. The rooms are spacious, well designed, and decorated with a fantastic motif! The staff went above and beyond to help us at every turn. There was a great variety of appliances in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Tub was ginormous. I could go on and on...

This place is fabulous. Super cute hotel with only 6 rooms upstairs and a bar/coffee counter downstairs with excellent beer/wine and coffee options, a fancy pizza truck on site, and lovely outdoor areas at the front and back. They say there is no breakfast provided, but there is a pantry room near the guest rooms with a microwave, lots of snacks and extra toiletries, and some light breakfast options each morning. I was looking for a cheap place to spend the night but this was so much more than I expected. Friendly staff, filling breakfast, comfortable bed. Great experience.

Good service

I chose this hotel while interviewing at ETSU and was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room clean, and the hotel quiet. We chose a room with a jacuzzi tub and it was a great way to relax after a long and exhausting day. The hotel is located close to many great restaurants and stores, so there are plenty of options to explore. The pillows were a little uncomfortable and I would recommend bringing your own, but otherwise a great stay!

When we first arrived, I was not wowed by the lobby but our room was wonderful. It was updated and very clean. The cleaning crew went the extra mile. The breakfast was not the best. There was a waffle maker, which is good but that was about it. Coffee in the lobby was hot and fresh even in the evening when we got back to the hotel. Overall, we were very pleased. One thing that was a little strange is that the entrance to the hotel property is through the parking lot of an ice cream place....

We had free hotels.com nights and were disappointed that the boutique hotel in town wouldn't accept them so we booked the hampton inn instead. I am so glad we did. It was so clean, the room and beds were so comfortable, the bathrooms/showers were awesome! We enjoyed a little outdoor patio with a fire pit and some sofas.
