Great house! Very nicely decorated and plenty of space for 6 adults for the weekend. Kitchen has everything you need to make dinner for a group. Very nice and private back patio.
Would stay there again!
Great interaction with the owner and lovely quiet location close to town. A few dust bunnies here and there but other than that the place was spotless. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect, quiet location
This is our second time staying at The Sanctuary and we had a wonderful stay! Cozy home with a nice kitchen and open living space to share with family, all on a quiet street - just what we were hoping for.
We have stayed in this house a few times now and we will definitely come back. It is very clean, very comfortable, rooms including bathrooms are spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to reach. A very nice house!
The Sanctuary was a wonderful home. It had all the amenities we could have asked for! The neighborhood is peaceful and only a few minutes from downtown. The beds were extremely comfortable. We just checked out and have booked the Sanctuary for two additional trips to Moab!
This is an amazing home and location. It's name is so true when they call it the Sanctuary!! It is close yet so private. Clean and well stocked. I would highly recommend!!
We had high expectations for the Sanctuary and they were well met! An extremely comfortable, handsomely decorated space for up to three couples: very quiet, lovely views, a spacious patio in a natural setting. A spacious, well appointed kitchen and cozy dining and living areas. The bedrooms are simple but cozy, each with their own spacious bath. We couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more!

Nice Rustic Accommodations to Explore Moab
Two couples enjoyed this quiet 3-bedroom villa. Nice kitchen area plus outdoor grill, and overall comfortable accommodations. We appreciated the view of the red rock formation behind the home but if some of the dead brush and trees can be removed, it would increase the overall enjoyment of the property. Garage to park auto was helpful and much appreciated. Laundry facilities also a plus!

Great location, comfortable place, beautiful setting
My husband and I took my parents to Moab for their first visit. We had been on the road for about 5 days and really wanted a comfortable place we could use as a home base during our time in Moab. We wanted to be able to do laundry, unpack, fix some meals and be comfortable. We wanted more than a hotel - a place we could all be together but also have separate space too. This was perfect! Beautiful house and location, so close to everything and my parents loved it!
What a beautiful place to stay in Moab. The location is at the end of town, so quiet and peaceful, but close enough to get to everything you need in no time at all. It truly is a sanctuary. Big rooms with big beds, can easily sleep 8 (we had 6). The space is very open and warm. Lots of amenities and nice personal touches like available coffee on the first day. The owners are incredibly responsive and nice. Very welcoming environment. Would most definitely recommend and stay there again in the future.

Wonderful house in a great location.
The house is super spacious, was very clean and well taken care of. We have been here a few times now and will come back as often as we can.
This is some feedback that can make it even a little better: The beds are getting a little soft and might need an exchange soon. The kitchen was missing a few more standard tools like a potato masher or a few more cutlery sets so you can do the dishes only 1x/day if you have many people in the house. Maybe some extra bedding would be nice.

A great house in a great location
The house is exactly as represented and as good as you hope. Clean, well-provisioned, and perfect for two couples (or three, but we only had two). The perfect base for national park excursions.
Our only complaint is that we never got instructions for getting into the house. And VRBO, which is in some kind of corporate transition these days was NO HELP. Make sure you reach out early and often, not the day you we were to arrive, to understand the instructions for getting into the house. They aren't complicated, but you don't need the stress associated with not knowing.
