The house offers many possibilities for an active vacation. In the activity room in the annex you will find fitness equipment, billiards and table tennis, so you can keep fit during your vacation.



Outside, the shared swimming pool invites you to cool off and in the beautiful outdoor areas you will always find a place to read or relax in the sun.



In the surrounding area, after 25 km you can reach the sea and the beautiful beaches, where you can spend long days walking and building sand castles. You can reach the city of Modica after a short drive.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open April - end October.
