"The staff were truly wonderful at Hotel Piazza Pitti Palace and Letizia made sure we were completely welcomed and comfortable immediately on arrival which was a lovely personal touch. The location of the hotel is terrific, we were able to see so much of what Florence had to offer for dining and site seeing and the suites were very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. 10/10 we will definitely be staying there again amazing birthday treat! "I came for a week from the US to visit my daughter who's studying in Florence for a semester. Her study abroad advisor recommended the Social Hub. The location was great - walking distance to her school (SRISA), SMN train station, etc. The coffeemaker in the room was a big plus for me; the hot water pot was a nice bonus. We had the buffet breakfast once - delicious. Room was clean. Property was lovely and clean. Staff were courteous and helpful -- called a taxi for me back to the airport which arrived in minutes."
