Good hotel. Amazing toscani view around. Very good and helpfull staff. Modern room, large and Comfortable. Nice breakfast.

Host and employees were very gracious and accommodating.

For some reason I didn't notice the negative reviews before I booked (I must have been tired) or I wouldn't have booked this suite... but I'm really glad I did! The whole place apparently just completed renovation a week before we arrived... it sounds like there's a huge difference in the hotel from those old reviews and now! Everything was new, including the elevator. We really loved the suite, it was very thoughtfully and beautifully done, comfortable and in a great location. By far the best...

The view was amazing from the apartment. Laundry was conveniently free. The internet was a bit inconsistent but overall the place was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was amazing and very accommodating to meet all of my families needs. What a great breakfast and they greeted us with the most courteous manner. Anything we needed was obtained by just asking. Great stay and would not hesitate to stay with them again. Aundreya's was just awesome and went out of his way to make us comfortable

It was a unique experience staying at a palazzo. The room was very nice and comfortable with a beautiful and modern decoration. The bad points were that breakfast was at a next door restaurant, there are no amenities at all, and the hall way and common areas are not enough cleaned.

We had a phenomenal 5 day stay in the luxurious Alamanni Suite! This was more like a small apartment than a hotel room. Extremely spacious with a small kitchenette that had everything we needed. Beautifully furnished with a comfortable living room. Bathroom was roomy with a large shower that had a rainfall shower head, and a double vanity sink. Bath towel warmer was a nice touch! Alessandra was friendly and accommodating, and we had a smooth check in process! The surrounding area is perfect -...

This hotel has the perfect location, near enough to walk to everything, but in an upscale, quiet area. Right next to the Arno.

Incredible 360° view from the Rooftop of Terrace, Florence and the surrounding hills. Beautiful rooms. Apparently built in 1284. Very close to IL Duomo. Softest bed we slept on in Italy. Patricia the front desk person was very helpful. One drawback is the check and times are very specific.

Great hotel, ample, comfortable and cozy rooms. Friendly and professional staff. Safe area, within walking distance from everything (restaurants, bars, museums, shopping, churches, etc)

Another wonderful experience at this property.

First and for most make sure you let the hotel when you are arriving hey do leave around 7pm, we arrived just in time. Check in was extremely easy, as was check out. Staff was soo nice. Our room was an extremely huge surprise! It was 2 rooms the sitting area/dining and our bedroom not only on the other side of the suite but down a few steps. The breakfast was delivered to our room as early as 7:30am. The bed was okay more on the harder side. The hotel was extremely close to the Duomo and the...

We arrive later than 8pm. Since this is a resident hotel, we need to keep in touch with the hotel to have somebody open the door for us. No big deal though. The building and room looks aged by actually quite cozy. We had the suite one but there is value for price. We face the river and the surroundings is quiet. If you don’t lock the windows, the street starts get busy around 8am. We needed to leave at 6am and the hotel helped us call a taxi (bus in Florence is not trivial). EXCELLENT service!...

The property was incredible. Very comfortable beds, very large living areas, amenities were readily available with cleaning service daily. Great hosts who were great at communicating, offered suggestions, and allowed for luggage storage even after check out. Prime location next to the David (can be slightly louder from the street in the morning on that one side, but not too bothersome). Overall an excellent stay!

Booked this because we needed a hotel in Florence near the airport. After flight from LA we were exhausted till we turned into the soothing patio of Last Contessina and were greeted by the staff who immediately transported our luggage to a small but delightful room to recover from the flight. Made us feel their pleasure was to make life comfortable for us. Although on a quiet block , we were back in the mix of restaurants and Florence nightlife in a few minutes walk. Best of all...breakfast...

Very spacious and clean room. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful.

Such an incredibly perfect property for a family stay in the heart of Florence. It was only 15 minutes to walk to the furthest areas of our time there and couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Amazing property and staff!!

Plenty of space in the room, to put your stuff. Ours had a laundry machine (very convenient) once you find your way around, it's very closed to everywhere .
