"The staff was so friendly, helpful, attentive. All the food at the hotel was so fresh and good. Breakfast was exceptional! We have been traveling all over Italy for 2 weeks and dinner at hotel restaurant was one of the best we had. If you stay, I recommend having dinner at the hotel at least one night. Max takes very good care of you!"

All were very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying our stay and had all we needed to make the most of our visit. The morning breakfast is a must. It is an easy walking distance from the train station, but very quiet. I never heard any of the other guests, and the hotel was full. I highly recommend the Venice Times hotel. "

Breakfast is included and was a lovely spread. I did feel like the check-in staff could have been more friendly - they seemed bothered when asked a question. The bell staff however made up for the indifference we felt from the reception. They were so helpful and facilitated getting a cab for our departure. "
