"The house size and layout was perfect for 5 adults and 2 small children. Plenty of indoor space to spread out and the kitchen area was really large. Perfect front yard and deck areas for letting dogs out. Some repair work needed but it was still fun to fish and swim from the dock. Great vacation location! "

"This location was PERFECT for what we needed. My daughter lives in Forest, VA and we were in town for her wedding. We had family stay from Oklahoma and Va. Beach areas. The home was so cute and large enough for all 8 of us. The location was great for shopping, and near the Glass Hill venue for the wedding. The home was super clean, had PLENTY of kitchen accessories, towels, the beds were comfy and all around just a great home and decorated very nicely. We really enjoyed our time and thank you!"

"Our family stayed at the townhouse this past weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the visit. The place was very clean, well kept, everything was in working order, even the TV reception, and the decorations were very nice. We have stayed in another similar place at Smith Mountain and this experience was much more enjoyable. The renter was very receptive and responded quickly to any questions. Check in and check out were easy. It is a very quiet and peaceful location with nice views of the lake. A short drive to Moneta and places to eat or shop. I would highly recommend this location to any family."
