"Our two night stay at Horto Convento was very nice, from the friendly, helpful staff, to the comfortable bed, to the delicious breakfast. The property is located away from a busy street, in a lovely setting next to a church. If I had to note any issue at all, it would be the very narrow bathroom in our unit. There was a towel heater rack installed behind the door, so it could not be opened all the way, making it even more narrow. Not a big deal, just a design flaw. Overall, a very nice stay!"

"Wonderful location at the Ponte Vecchio bridge, close to restaurants, shopping, museums and the Duomo. Breakfast on the rooftop was delicious with a great view of the city. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel was in an excellent location for exploring the best of Florence…just steps from the Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Vecchio. Staff was wonderful, friendly and accommodated my request for an early morning airport transfer by taxi and even had a boxed breakfast to go upon checkout at 4:30 am. Rooftop bar views were magical! "
