"We didn't spend too much time at the property but it was perfect. The a/c units worked great wand was able to accommodate our party of 7. The owner and his mother live in adjoining properties so they're very responsive if anything is needed. His mother was AMAZING with our daughter with special needs!"

"Hi we are Francesca and Jhon Vigni, in september we visited Siena, and we staied at Casa della Madonna, a very nice appartament: the owner, Simonetta, is an architect and she realized the restructuration pf this ancient building: the the house is very very nice and inside we found all we need for the first day, both linen, towels and soaps. "I had overall an excellent stay at the Hotel Calimala Florence. The staff were very friendly and eager to help. It was excellently located. I thought the bathroom a bit cramped, but I had a small room anyway. The breakfast buffet was fine, just not at the price they had it. I did enjoy dinner there, though. Overall it worked out very very well. For other travelers, I will point out that there are two buildings very close together; the one with the rooftop restaurant is "Angel Roofbar & Dining" on Google maps, which was confusing at first."
