"The location of the property was great as it was walking distance to many attractions. Check in was easy and prompt. Cleanliness was medium. My largest complaint is that the shower would overflow into the apartment as the drain was likely very clogged. The first time this happened I let the contact for the property know. "Amazing hotel! The manager and staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was excellent. So much attention to detail. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, it’s within walking distance to everything! Outside the hotel is a cute little piazza with restaurants and sometimes a live opera singer just outside! It was so quiet at night, they have these amazing windows in your room that block out all noise. They also offer a free international breakfast buffet which was excellent! Top notch! "
