"Breakfast was perfect way to start the day! Location was so close and convenient and driving there was easy especially since they are just outside the ZTL. Would totally stay again!"

"There was a problem with the reservation, the hotel had a duplicate reservation in their system and wanted to charge me for a second room. My booking app only showed one reservation, so the error was not on my side. However, the person checking us in was unrelenting, She asked for my phone and did a search to see if I was lying about the second reservation. She said she could compromise on paying 50% for the other reservation. The issue was unresolved when we checked in, so it left us under a dark cloud. A call to the booking site determined that the error was theirs and they resolved it with the hotel. The hotel desk manager apologized the next day, but no offers for a free drink, or anything. It felt less than sincere. We also had an inoperative shower head that took several days and repeated requests for the repair to occur. All a bit too sloppy."

"Staff was very helpful with a lost item on the train, they were all fabulous, Antoniella called the train department and answered emails that were in Italian for me to get my lost bag . Breakfast buffet very good, location fabulous."

"Wonderful Property in the middle of everything."

"Enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Villa Sul'Arno in early April. The accommodation was amazing, a beautifully conceived and comfortable junior suite with a balcony overlooking the river. The rooms were peaceful and calming, ideal for relaxing. The breakfasts were delicious with a wide range of great fresh produce. Staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Although a little further from the historic centre we found the location to be wonderful next to the river. The hotel runs a courtesy shuttle bus, which is quick and convenient. Food at the restaurant id excellent and room service is speedy and served quickly and directly. The spa and pools were well thought out and aesthetically stunning and a joy to use. The gym is compact, but still functional. I would happily recommend the Villa Sul'Arno and am certainly going to return. Thank you to Claudia and the Team for looking after us so well."
