"Lovely hotel with a beautiful decoration and many amenities. Located on a quiet street in the historic center. It has a lot of restaurants and cafes around the neighborhood. Room was clean with A/C and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent! The staff were amazing. Since the moment we arrived they gave us a warm welcome; they immediately offered us refreshments and then provided us with suggestions for activities inside and outside the hotel. They were always very kind and helpful and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Thank you Chiara."

"Lovely hotel about 10 min walk from many major sites. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room overlooked the river with a great view. The room was well maintained and kept clean on a daily basis. The only challenge was the stairs leading to the elevator but the hotel management was very upfront about this fact and the walk up was worth it for this great hotel, in our opinion. "

"The property location (5min walk to the Duomo) is fabulous; the staff was terrific, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The ONLY issues (and both are horribly minor in relation to the overwhelming positives of the hotel): 1) the hallways need a bit of decor - the feeling is the property is not complete; and, 2) the delicious coffee just needs to be hotter - I know,such a problem to have..... I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Florence!"
